This policy explains how we process personal data on this website (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, FADP).

2. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you open the website, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and operating system. We need this data to run the website securely and reliably. It is deleted after [e.g. 30] days. Hosting: [hosting provider and location].

3. Contact form and email

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process the details you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, requested service, preferred date, message). We use them only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We keep them until the enquiry is resolved and afterwards only where legal retention duties apply or you have accepted a quotation. On request we delete your data sooner.

The form is sent by our own script on the server and is not stored on the website. To protect against spam, an anonymised identifier of your IP address is kept briefly (at most one hour) to limit the number of submissions.

4. Photo shoots

If you book a shoot, we process your contact details and the images to carry out the job. Images of you are published only with your explicit consent. [Please check and adapt to your practice]

5. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website loads the fonts "Cormorant Garamond" and "Jost" from Google Fonts (Google). Your IP address is transmitted to Google, possibly to the USA or other countries. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

7. Social media links

The website contains links to Instagram (instagram.com/bysari.ch/) and Facebook. No content is embedded; data is only transmitted once you follow a link. The privacy policies of those providers then apply.

8. Your rights

You can request information about the personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected, deleted or handed over, and you can object to its processing. Write to us at contactme@bysari.ch. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): edoeb.admin.ch.

9. Data security

The website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
